Hello everyone,
I don't see a category for Microengine and hope I am posting in the right place.
I have built an Intervalometer based on the microengine code and various schematics found here and elsewhere.
Thank you for your efforts.
I have added an additional sound mode and plan to remove the studio control code as I wont need it.
I am also using the same sensor (LDR) for the laser trigger and Lightning trigger to save on Inputs.
So far everything seems to be working fine except for Manual mode.
Once I am in manual mode, the select button triggers the shots but I cannot exit the mode with any of the buttons. Does anyone else have this problem or have I broken something in the code?

I ran out of buttons in Manual mode. That is why there is no exit function. I am resetting the device when I want to exit Manual mode. So you have not broken the code. Any suggestions about this are welcome.
Why not keep the studio stuff and add your sound mode? That way we can have one code line.

I notice that two of the buttons change the shutter speed up and down but the other two dont seem to do anything. If I am not missing something then perhaps one of these could be used to exit manual mode.
I will leave the studio functions in the code as you suggested. I have had to remap the buttons and one or two inputs because I did not use the LCD shield (could not find a supplier in South Africa). I built the menu buttons from descreet components on veroboard.

I checked this out; finally some spare time :-). Left and right button are used to on/off the LCD backlight. We could of course remove this so that you can easily exit this mode of the MicroEngine.
