I upgraded to the latest firmware today and seem to have lost the ability to change the interval timing. I cleared memory and also re-flashed firmware, to get the same result.
Any suggestions?

Which branch did you download? Are you referring to MX2 or the TimeLapse Engine? (Or a different set of firmware?)

Sorry should of added a bit more detail. I used the mx2 updater and loaded the latest 0.90 for the mx2 controller.
When I downgraded to 0.83 everything works well.
It also appeared that the memory was not clearing as well. I wonder if its a problem with my arduino. It does strange things once in a while. I will dig up another arduino board and see what happens.
Try resetting the memory

Namely, this part: "The different camera delays you configure, for focus tapping, exposure delay, etc. will impact your actual exposure interval time, should they be longer than the interval when summed. In the case where your parameters have caused the interval time to be exceeded, the main screen will always display the actual interval time, and not the time you configured. It will not be possible to reduce the interval without first decreasing one of the other camera delays you have configured."
Not spoken there: if you input a 1s interval, and your delays cause the minimum achievable interval of 5 seconds, it will actually take 40 presses of the up button to make it go up, as well - that is, you'll go to 1.1 seconds, which is less than 5, then 1.2, which is less than 5 and so on.
